1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website and services of Aura Matrix Technical Services LLC("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide technical services and facility management solutions including but not limited to building maintenance, cleaning services, MEP services, and related professional services. The specific scope, terms, and pricing of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Quotations and Contracts
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A binding contract is formed only upon written acceptance of our quotation and receipt of any required deposit payment.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in each service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month.
5. Warranty
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Any defects in our workmanship will be rectified at no additional cost within the warranty period specified in the service agreement, typically 30 days from completion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation of services must be provided in writing with at least 30 days' notice for ongoing contracts. Cancellation fees may apply as specified in the service agreement. Work in progress must be paid for in full upon cancellation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Aura Matrix Technical Services LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
